Q: What is a ‘General Training Session’?
A: General Training sessions are for the average person. We teach you what you want to learn, at your pace. That includes anything from turning on your computer to building a basic website with Apple’s iWeb Software. All of our trainers started from scratch when it came to learning about Apple computer systems, so we know how difficult it can be at times. We also know how a little extra direction & guidance can help get you over your current computer hurdle, & we love to help!
Q: How do the Remote Training Sessions work’?
A: Teach Me Apple uses a simple, 100% secure, system to log into your computer and Teach you from wherever you are in the United States.
We send you an email, and you click on the link that gives us permission to log in and start Teaching you…that’s it. Whether you are want a General Apple session or a Pro Trainer session, we offer the option to have remote training at NO Extra Charge to You!
Q: Are there any group discount rates?
A: Yes, Teach Me Apple does offer a group discount! Any Group of 2 or more gets a 20% discount per person, per hour. This discount applies to both General and Pro Training Sessions at an ‘in person’ location. This does not apply to Remote Training.
Q: What is the least amount of time I can schedule for a training session?
A: We have a minimum training length of one hour.
We recommend that you prepare a list of questions ahead of time. Doing this will allow you to take full advantage of the hour Training Session that you will be charged for upfront. You will be amazed how fast you’ll learn in such a short amount of time!
